I try my best to be happy......but every now and then, this feeling of pain strike me.....I overcome the pain......but some time I think, life isn't that easy..... Star going to shape up: Before new year I want to loose few pounds...

here is my plan....Cut the carbs........and get the protein and fiber.... Plan is too increase my energy, cut down my mid area, and also want to boost my beauty.....HAHAH......... I was sitting by nook table, but stayed busy......phone after phone......
