I am so glad that I went ahead and kept my appointment. A valve was leaking. All fixed and no charge since under warranty! I received my futon yesterday. Out of all the deliveries I have made the past two days (21) only 1 gave me stars...5 of them. So if they are not going to give me 5 stars I would prefer they didn't leave any.
