Today I woke in severe pain. My right shoulder and neck have been hurting for the past two weeks. I thought the pain was lessening but no. I got out my acupuncture mat and neck cushion. Today I was in Ponte Vedra which is one of the richest areas in northern Florida. So many of the people coming through would literally not even acknowledge me when I said good morning or hi. For some reason, I decided to check on the web for my friend. I was stunned to find that he had died last week! I had tried to call him but kept getting a call restriction notice.
