Giving thanks

As Thanksgiving approaches, I ponder what exactly I am thankful for. So many years have been concentrated on the plethora of food offered at my mom's house. My friend, Amy, will move her film festival from Las Vegas to her home state Kentucky. It has become to cost prohibitive for her to continue in Las Vegas. BigV and Lisa

Big V just called. Lisa had a stroke. Since they haven't left for Florida, they were only a 1 1/2 blocks from hospital. He is pacing outside the hospital. He's not sure if she will stay there or be moved. All prayers welcomed. Sign in to see full entry.

I woke early this morning to observe the lunar eclipse. The weather didn't cooperate. It was cloudy! I got back up an hour later and got to see glimpses of it as the clouds passed by the moon.
