I took Benadryl last night and sprayed a sleep aid on my tongue. I slept for about 10 hours with a quick wake up for about 3 minutes. I didn't have to use the restroom until I woke at 6. All the exercises they have me doing helps me to hold it longer. Muscles are much stronger. I should be finished... Sign in to see full entry.
