I was so out of it this morning that I didn't even hear the door shut when Seth left for work. This put me late getting up. I need to go to sleep earlier. I was late in motivating out of the bed to exercise. They started me on eye and head exercises since I keep getting dizzy and having problems... Sign in to see full entry.
