I woke with my knee still tender but actually able to put some pressure on it. Just not the full weight. At least not as of yet. I decided to go ahead and do my chair yoga. It's mainly sitting so no worries about hurting the knee. It felt so good to do it again. Amazing how just missing a day or two... Sign in to see full entry.
