I haven't been writing much because I am dealing with back pain. My deliveries at work have been heavy and they are taking a toll on my back. Also, I am detoxing my liver which reminds often that I need to watch what I am eating with the pain in my back that is noticeable every time I sit up or move... Sign in to see full entry.
