Yesterday I worked out for 1.5 hours. I did Zumba (the hard core part) twice and then 20 minutes of abs. I wanted to make sure the ankle was okay. Today I worked out the full 2 hours. I repeated the same thing with Zumba, 20 minutes of abs and walked the rest of the time. I can feel my clothes... Sign in to see full entry.
