I hate Ebay. I won't purchase anything from there again. I didn't know they allowed sellers that can refuse to give refunds. Now I'm on hold in chat waiting over 10 minutes to try to get this resolved. That seller is getting the lowest rating possible. I tried to refund it yesterday and I couldn't....
