Two steps forward, slapped back three

Employees of a New York cable company arrived at work to find a noose hanging over the equpment pickup area. Of course the supervisor who allegedly hung the noose denies he meant anything racist by it. WHITE!!! PEOPLE!!! PLEASE!!! I cannot count the number of times people have done wrong to someone...
