Monday, October 24, 2005Okay I Have Resisted Long EnoughMicrosoft is evil. I haven't wanted to acknowledge it. I have defended them to my mac-using buddies. BUT charging a customer $245 per call just to talk to them on the phone is a jack. If a customer has purchased a product they should receive support for it until they are no longer using it.
