Thursday, January 25, 2007Today was weigh dayAnd I'm still holding at 196 which I'm is okay with me. I think I'll end up moving down over the next week but anything under 200 is great. I'm just going to keep eating like I have been and see what happens. My wife is losing weight too. She is starting to undergrow her clothes. We'll probably have...
