All this talk about obesity - I better come clean with this confession

I checked my weight vs. height at FitDay.com and I'm in the "Severe Overweight" category. It's the worst category they have. I weight 205 pounds and according to them I'm supposed to be under 175. I can tell you right now that I will most likely never be 175 pounds. I would have to quit lifting... Sign in to see full entry.
