A very, very, very BAD day in the life of a very despondent sage! SOB!
As the old saying goes, “ Don’t count your chickens!” I should have known better! When my prospective renters did not call me to confirm that they were serious about renting my house yesterday, by meeting me, as we had arranged to, in order to fill out the inventory/condition part of the rental agreement, I just knew deep down, that something was wrong.
