Guy's world famous salsa recipe
My recipe for my chili was well received so time back, so I thought I'd share another of my favorites with folks in Blogit City. This was written last canning saeson to my best friend Dave. Last Saturday I made my word famous, award winning salsa, using ½ bushel of tomatoes, 3 very large green peppers, 3 very large onions, too much dill leaf, maybe ½ cup cider vinegar, 5 rounded tablespoons sugar, a generous pinch of garlic powder, about ¼ cup liquid from simmered pickling spice, 1 teaspoon salt...
