Visiting a friend and her health food store...

I just got back from visiting a friend. She has a little health food - produce store about an hour away. It is really decorated nice and is very inviting. The store was previously there, but she has done a lot of cleaning and decorating to make it nice. The fridges there are old, but work well. She is working on getting it up to code so she can sell sandwiches and other food. We had a coffee and visited most of the time. Aijalon Gomes... possible release from North Korea

I am heading for bed, but wanted to post this news on Aijalon Gomes, the other guy that went to North Korea after Robert Park. Things are looking up for him, and hopefully he will be getting out of North Korea very soon. Please pray for him and keep Robert Park in your prayers, as he is still pretty messed up from his ordeal in North Korea. About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
