THEY DESERVE BETTER

For a living I perform customer service on the phone for those that are disabled. The more I talk to them the further I wonder what causes one-disabled person to be caring and friendly and the others are nasty, grouchy and bitter, no matter what you try to say to them. ARE WEEKENDS OVERRATED??
