I've just done a bit more of the stretching therapy Marti gave me last summer. It feels good, and I think it's helping the knees some, which is what it's supposed to do. Yay! We're having some really odd weather today. There's still a lot of snow on the ground, but its been raining since last night, and it's about 48 to 50 degrees today.
