GOD DIDN'T CREATE SIN?

That makes no sense at all. That would first off mean that there is something in the universe other than God that created itself or has always been. DOES GOD GET CONVINCED TO CHANGE HIS PLANS DUE TO PRAYER?

Ah, the power of prayer. According to some, if one prays hard enough and believes strongly enough, then they can get God to change his plans and give them what they want.
