Had a great time at the game last night. It was an exciting game and the Nats won. I also may have made a new friend. Got to talking to this guy also named Jeff and we hit it off. I'm not quite 100% but I'm feeling well enough to go to the ball game. Didn't make it to any last year. So I wanted to be sure to get one in early this year. Another kind of lousy day. Slept most of the day. I was hoping to go to the Nats game tomorrow but not unless I feel better. Mom says she'll still get me a smartphone early for my birthday, even though my cellphone was found. It will come in handy since I don't have a computer at home. It's just so... Feeling a bit better but still not great. Saw my therapist today. I told her how I thought my being depressed was a way of escaping. When I'm really depressed I'm not worried about anything, I'm not scared of anything, I'm just numb. She said she thought that was true and i asked her what I could do... Sign in to see full entry.

So much for that 5 day theory, this is day 6 and I still feel lousy although a bit better. Go to see Dr Zhang this evening hopefully she can wave a magic wand and give some medicine that will help me feel better. I forgot to mention that I saw Rick and Margaret sing on Saturday. Still feeling pretty lousy even though the weather has improved. Moved my appointment with Dr Zhang up to tomorrow hopefully she can tinker with my medicine. My fourth bad day in a row. Definitely going to try to move up my appt with Dr Zhang if I don't feel better by tomorrow. I still can't tell if it's weather related because I haven't seen the sun in four days. Did make it to church. Had a wonderful chat with Jenna, hadn't seen her in awhile.... A little better today. I think the weather may be affecting me but i won't know until it clears up. Haven't seen the sun in three days.
