Had trouble sleeping last night but I took a nap and now I feel good. Megan coming sometime this evening I think, haven't heard from her yet. Called the cable company about my bill. Feeling pretty good today after a trip to the gym and a nap. I've decided to pay less attention to all the political news. It just aggravates my depression. Got a lot of cards out bound to sell some. Great classes today, just the kind I like with a lot of class discussion. Interesting people too. I was saying in class that I don't think we have to "seek" happiness or "pursue" happiness happiness is natural.
