Got a cold today. Took a couple of pills. I don't like to take medicine, but I didn't want to be hanging around the house all day, especially since I don't have cable yet. It feels good to be completely out of the old place. Didn't plan to move twice in four months but that's the way it worked out. I should be where I'm at now for awhile. Wasn't feeling well this morning so I called in sick from work. Felt a little better later so I got some moving done. I think I had a couple of sick days from before I took my leave of absence, so it shouldn't be a problem. Even if they don't pay me, it was still worth it to be able to stretch the... Moved some stuff over to Mom's so that will be less to move Tuesday. Of course that means I'll have to move that stuff twice, but now I won't have to do it all at once so it will be easier. I'm getting a little freaked out trying to get rid of this sofabed before I move. People keep wanting all these details, what color, how big, do I have pictures ect. I'm glad to find out I'm going to be doing Purchase of Care. It's a little less stressful than the other programs and it's the one I'm best at. Not a bad drive to the harborview office. My first day back went smoothly, just filling out health care forms, retirement forms ect. Tomorrow I go to my regular office, which I'm told is easy to find and get to. Got Mom's check and got the security deposit paid. I'm glad Mom was willing to lend me the money for the security deposit, otherwise I might not have been able to move for a couple of months. Finally going to see Lisa this evening after not seeing her for two weeks. Gotta go to her parents house in Silver Spring, but it will be worth the trip. So it looks like I'll be moving on Tuesday the 2nd. I had forgotten that I have that day off. The state of Md. gives us election day off, to give us time to vote, I presume.
