Working too hard and losing an ex-coworker.
Still thinking about what to do about the overwork situation. I'm leaning towards filing a grievance. It's about the only thing I can do. Quitting is a bit drastic although I guess I could speed up my search for another job. I could stage a slowdown and just not work as hard. I sort of did that... Sign in to see full entry.
