have a clock with their local time indicated on the left hand side of the screen. This is great and very convenient - How can I also get a clock?

This happens regularly to all of us and has just happened to me. I was writing a post straight into the posting box and my laptop decided to throw a dicky fit with a huge pop and all was lost.

Yes, I should have written it in Word and then it would have been mostly autosaved.

So, how about an option on the toolbar where bloggers can save a partly written post as a draft and keep re-saving it while they are writing it. Then, if your PC goes pop, at least Blogit will have a draft you can return to. You could even introduce an autosave option, just as in Word.

Don't know whether it's been suggested before or not, but the lost post problem has certainly affected many bloggers.

Are we allowed to purchase advertising independently for our Blogit material? I know we are encouraged to publicize our material without spamming others, but just what types of publicity are we allowed to drum up for ourselves? Specifically, I'm interested in buying ads to advertise my Blogit site, but I wonder if I'd be "stepping on toes" or violating the Blogit Terms of Use or something.

I would like to make a suggestion to add an "end" option when reviewing previous posts. Right now the only option is "next" or go to the last page number.  I was reviewing a very popular bloggers old posts and it was over 100 entries and I finally gave up.  I think it would be a good idea to add this option.

 

Does anyone know what it means to be featured on the Home Page?
