I don't suppose there is any way to get a blog back that was deleted???  Approx. 30-40 min ago in MY

COLUMN ABOUT NOTHING?

I saw 2 blogs.  Didn't know why there were 2 of the same so I tried to delete one, but they both

disappeared.
