Forgotten One A man's home is in the street today Not long ago it wasn't that way At one time he had it all Anyone can take a fall Even food is hard to find Seems no one can be kind Constant challenge to survive Fights each day to stay alive So many people pass him by Not one can look him in the eye... The Thief Looking for an innocent mind Deceivingly friendly and kind Nowhere to run or hide The coverage is very wide Around the corner out of sight Always there day or night Creeps up quiet and slow The thief is ready to go Uses desire to fit in Promises anyone can win Feeling low, come get high...
