Turkey talk.

After such a wonderful experience I find it very difficult to know where to start; so I will do the obvious and start from the beginning. The countdown for my trip has begun in earnest. Tomorrow evening some good friends of mine from the Odense (Hans Christian Andersen’s home town) are coming to stay and they will look after my home whilst I am away.
