I Couldn't Believe It!

I had to go to the bank today to deposit a check. And during the trip, I saw the most unbelievable thing. When I got into the turn lane and made the left turn into the street where my bank is, I found, to my consternation, that the northbound side of the street was blocked off with orange cones and...
