I've Fallen. . .

Does anyone remember those commercials from several years ago? The elderly lady (who was certainly not a trained actress) lying on the floor, unable to call for help, because she had "fallen and can't get up!" Keeping Up and Keeping On

I've lost hope of keeping up with everything I should do now. I've lost control of the de-cluttering, the vacuuming, and so on. Husband has taken over the dishes, which helps a lot.
