Why do so many people ALWAYS USE CAPS???

And lots and lots of punctuation? Always? In the titles of their blogs as well as their subject lines? The more people who do it, the less it stands out. In fact, it just makes the whole list of recently-updated blogs hard to read. Sign in to see full entry.
