Why doesn't Merchant Services remember my number???

About a year ago the people who process credit card payments for me got caller ID, so that, theoretically, when I call in I don't have to enter my merchant number every time. But it hardly ever works! Sometimes I don't call in for a week and the system recognizes me, and sometimes I call in several... Sign in to see full entry.
