The Shoe Thief Aplogizes! Feedback Requested!

What should we find in the mail today but a letter from Cousin B, the Shoe Thief. The address was written by her grandmother and the return address label had her grandfather's name, so at first I thought they had written a letter to us. But inside was a sheet of looseleaf paper.
