Why the hell do people wear PERFUME to the LIBRARY?????

What is the POINT, except to chase normal people away from tables in the PUBLIC library that is supposed to be used by the PUBLIC, which includes people with asthma and neurological disorders. Stupid idiots. Sign in to see full entry.
