Brew from the pot...

For weeks I have been listening to gripes and gossip at work. It is like a pot of negativity brewing in the shop; we all come in and add to it, stirring up the issues. Yesterday morning, a customer came in asking if we knew how to cut ‘afro’s. There were two of us un the store at the time; myself and ‘T’. ‘T’ is new to the business, having just received her cosmetology license a few months ago. Stories from my life...

One of my customers lost his aunt to cancer last week. He came into the store two weeks ago, and while I cut his hair he shared with me what he was going through.
