Nutrition Confusion

Nutrition is an obviously important part of longevity, but with so much contradiction among "the experts," how is one to know what is the right diet? Some is obvious, to me anyhow. Dark Beer is Good for the Heart

A recent study which I read yesterday indicates that dark beer, such as Guinness, is actually good for the heart, providing vital antioxidants to help keep the blood vessels clear.
