My government is making me feel insecure . . . .

forget about the terroism war fiasco, what about government employees taking home personal identity information on millions of us then losing it? This is only one agency. We are not secure from our own government's agents!

How could I, an American citizen think to write that we are not safe from our own governments agents? Knives, scissors and nailfiles, oh my!

We are now able to take those and similar objects aboard an aircraft in our carry-on luggage. Well, at least we'll have something to use against terrorists now! Under this administration and the "patriot act ". . . .

When our borders are secure, I will feel better

Until our nation takes steps to secure our borders, specifically the Canadian and Mexican borders, I cannot feel secure. Each border should be regularly and strictly patrolled, turning back any who attempt to cross illegally. If done in a clandestine manner, those so crossing should feel the result...
