Prayers please I need work. I think Dec is going to be slow. Why is it that money is always short during the holidays? Unemployment runs out in two weeks and then I am going to be on my own. Well I'm back at the house with the old dog again. He made it I hope he makes it through. I worry about him. The owner says she takes him for long walks in the foot hills and stuff. I love my new job but I am amazed at how spoiled some peoples pets are. I spent a week letting a dog in various doors just so she could turn around and go back out her dog door and want me to let her in somewhere else. Work is going so well that I'm too busy to blog. I am putting about 100 miles a day on my car going from job to job. I'm thrilled but it's hard to settle down in the evenings to write. To make matters worse as I tried to get out I often fell on my then skinny little backside covering my too tight jeans with ozz. Understand this was the early 80's. You didn't have to be certified to go to work as a tech. I was EUSTATIC!!! A dream come true, to work with animals all day. All refrigerators etc had long ago been placed up off the floor on pallets. Floor to ceiling shelves started a couple of feet OFF of the floor and you could measure maximum flood levels by the water marks and rust left behind on the metal bases of the surgery tables.
