Diary Of An Injured Grandma
It was eight days ago I fell and broke my rib. In all that time since, I have managed to refrain from coughing (because that is very painful) by faithfully using my Aerobika to keep my lungs open and to breathe deeply. Also, in all that time, I have not sneezed, not once...until just a few minutes...

It's Not An April Fool's Joke
In addition to my falling and breaking my rib, Ribcage fell and broke his leg (upper femur) so we are both stove in. He is a bit grouchy about that and I don't blame him.
