I Thought Old Age Was Ten Years Older Than I Am Now

I should have thought of it yesterday when it was new and vulnerable--my tail bone injury (medical term--coccyx). I should have thought immediately of ice pack, or specially formed pillow for sitting. I have both, and nursing knowledge, but all I could think of was sitting down, which was painful,...
