Now I've Heard Everything

I keep hearing it over and over and over again from Son #1, "I can't believe such a thing!" Listening to the news this morning he heard that now "they" (whoever they are) are passing out free condoms for pets. He can't get over picturing how a dog, or cat, owner could put such into use.
