I haven't seen streaks, and spots, and smudges on my window glass for ever so long. I'm sure they have been there, but I have not noticed them because there has been no sunshine sparkling on the snow, blinding my eyes as it flashes between the blind slats, or making shadow pictures on the walls, and...
