It is hard to imagine that Grandson Phil turned 27 this month. I've never known a person quite like him. Diagnosed with Angelman's Syndrome in his early years, he definitely has been a "handful" but he has also been a wonderful blessing and a lot of fun. February is a busy, busy month in our family...
