Well, I have a remedy...I will wipe the stress off...

I took myself to grocery store.....bought fruits, vegetables and fish....., milk, yogurt..... Kiwi has niacin, plenty of niacin will wipe my stress away......alsoI have been eating out and I hate eating out now.....
