How do you get a live rat out from behind the stove?

Beats me! The warden (Quirky to you) saw the rat get away from me and scamper behind the stove. I, on the other hand, pretended I didn't see anything. Rat? What rat? What did she get new carpet for, if not for MY scratching pleasure??

Recently, I came back inside from my daily exercise time in the "big yard" to see that the warden had invited some guys to come over and put in a wall-to-wall scratching pad. Poor, poor little puddy tat--that "owie" has GOT to hurt!!

My fellow inmate here at the Fleabag Hotel, Mickey, got majorly wounded--apparently from a cat fight (it wasn't with me, I swear!).
