Out of Darkness

Out of Darkness From the realm of imagination filled with trickery, deceit and lies I move from Darkness to stand by your side. Bathed in the light of the New Day Beauty abounding in brilliant rays of life embraced, nature graced as we walk together to a joyous place Where earth and wind, rain and light Cedars, Elm and Pine Robin, Junco, Finch and Thrush-- small messengers of trust-- live life within without the trappings of guilt, shame and sin. Flesh upon flesh we blend our souls until that... Sign in to see full entry.

Sentinel

Do you know the man you see? Dare you know his thoughts? A cup of coffee, or a spot of tea or a blanket against the frost? His eyes persist to penetrate walls of distrust and social hate. His presence makes you agitate against the thought– “This could be my fate.” Yet, there he stands, with emblems born from cards stacked in crooked form. Unbound

The Soul of Man has taken flight upon the wings of a dove And in its sight 'tis the Tree of Life and the Branch of Human Love There 'twill make a nest of Hope and rear her tender young infused in them the Heart of Man That Peace shall overcome. The fledglings then, with passion bend upon the brink of security fluttering wings of faith unknown pause in brief uncertainty They too shall bear upon the wind the soul of man, unbound by sin, that man, in truth, shall possess the nature of his being--... Eternity

+++++++++++ + © J. K. Sommers, 2003All Rights Reserved Fate has pressed between us and stretched out her arms. Our heart strings pull from far away and carry love through each day. In the Night so still, I feel your thoughts surrounding me Caressing flesh and mind like a summer breeze. Darkness takes the sight and opens the mind to see what cannot be seen. Time and distance fade and proves what we believe. Welcome sleep surrenders me, and once again, you’re mine. To live again, as lovers do, in... Sign in to see full entry.
