A judge in the town of Rockenhausen has matched the sentence to the criminal. Heidi Kohl, 89, was found guilty of slashing car tires. She claimed there were so many parked cars she couldn’t find a safe place to cross the road. With no money to pay the fine, Kohl accepted the sentence. She must knit... Sign in to see full entry.
