And in Santiago de Chile: Free Viagra for Seniors...

The mayor of Lo Prado, a suburb of Chile ’s capital, has started giving out free Viagra to seniors. Gonzalo Navarrete said he started the program because “an active sexuality improves the overall quality of life.” The residents are entitled to four pills per month, provided they are 60 or older and...
