New Jersey: Better Ballooning with a Virgin

Organizers of the Quik Chek New Jersey Festival of Ballooning no longer buy weather insurance. To avoid festival-cancelling inclemency, they have imported a Singaporean superstition that insures good weather, using a virgin to utter incantations and pierce onions with a knife.
