Real Life: Sven is now 13

Sven is now 13 years old and attends the 8th grade at Northview Middle School except for the 2 classes he is taking at the high school. Fortunately, the two schools are so close together that they figured out that this could be done with a minimum of displeasure or inconvenience. Sven has become... Sign in to see full entry.

What to do with the new Captain?

Kiel Bronson was in a bar in outer space when he realized that there was a foreigner in the place. In a way, that is a misnomer because he was out at the Rim. The Rim is the spherical area from 25 - 30 LY from Sol. Beyond it, the rules of human conduct have been changed. Genetic engineering was one... Sign in to see full entry.

Gifted Education & Gezka FaucMerz

Gifted education has fortunately been mandated nationwide. The only shortcoming is that the athletes have not been included. Don't get me wrong I am profoundly grateful for recognition of the other forms of giftedness but truly believe that those exceptionally dextrous and graceful and strong are... I think she's realized that its better to do something than nothing, but continues to be frustrated that she doesn't have the slickest, glossiest blog going out... Sign in to see full entry.

Disappointments

That turned out to be a place that is mainly into self-publishing. I wanted the completely traditional type where they pay me an advance and royalties and do all the printing...I still have to do some marketing, but they do the rest. How sad. Sign in to see full entry.

Today...Yesterday...Novels

Yesterday I managed to deliver my most recent novel to a publisher. Once I get this to go through properly, like sex for women, it should get easier. Getting it to work a first time is quite a challenge - I mean getting a novel published by a mainstream publisher, not sex. I found another place... Sign in to see full entry.
